JuraMap history Trails is being moved to a Panoramax server and web viewer. The viewer is the Trails layer on the JuraMap raster map.
JuraMap Trails is based on the initial, open-source Trek View Explorer proof of concept (GitHub repository no longer available). The text below is taken from the proof of concept GitHub repository. A key document was the API Documentation (no longer available). We use Postman for loading tours and panoramas.
From 2020 to 2022 panoramas were taken using a Pixel 3 mobile phone. In 2023, a Pixel 4a started to be used. Panoramas need to be taken using the camera in "Photo Sphere" mode with the dropdown at the top of the screen set to "Horizontal".
